  • 250 g sticky rice flour
  • Water (mixed with a few drops of jasmine extract)
  • 800 ml coconut milk (canned)
  • 100 g palm sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

    Mix the sticky rice flour with water and knead into dough. Take small pieces from the dough and shape them into balls about 1 cm in diameter. Cover the balls with a damp cloth.

    Heat the coconut milk in a large pot. Add the palm sugar and salt, stirring until dissolved.
