- Water (mixed with a few drops of jasmine extract)
- 800 ml coconut milk (canned)
- 100 g palm sugar
- a pinch of salt

Mix the sticky rice flour with water and knead into dough. Take small pieces from the dough and shape them into balls about 1 cm in diameter. Cover the balls with a damp cloth.
