Trout Fillets with Horseradish Quark

Herbaceous trout fillet can boast plenty of EPA and DHA!
Ingredients
- 75 g low‑fat quark
- 2 tsp freshly grated horseradish (or jarred)
- Salt
- 100 g carrots
- 0.5 bunch dill (10 g)
- 2 whole grain toast buns
- 100 g smoked trout fillet (2 fillets)
Instructions

Whisk the quark with horseradish and season with salt.

Wash, peel, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Rinse the dill, shake dry, and pluck the leaves.

Toast halves of the buns. Spread horseradish quark and sprinkle 2/3 of the dill over them.

Distribute carrot shreds atop the quark. Divide trout fillets into pieces and place on top. Garnish with remaining dill and serve.
