The Field Salad Pear Smoothie by Spoonsparrow is quick to make and delivers plenty of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Field salad
  • 2 soft pears
  • 20 g Almond Kernels
  • 20 g dried dates (pitted)
  • 30 g delicate rolled oats (2 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and dry the field salad. Peel, wash, core the pears and cut them into small cubes.

    Add 300 ml water, almonds, dates, pears, field salad, 1½ tbsp rolled oats, and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
