Ingredients

  • 75 g thick beans (frozen)
  • 60 g Princess bean
  • Salt
  • 75 g kidney beans (canned)
  • 100 g double cream fresh cheese
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • ground pepper
  • 8 slices sandwich bread

Instructions

    Thaw the thick beans according to instructions and cook. Rinse, trim, and cut the princess beans into pieces; simmer in salted water for 6-8 minutes.

    Drain the beans on a sieve, rinse with cold water, and let them drain. Repeat with kidney beans.

    Mix the fresh cheese with tomato paste. Season with paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in the prepared beans.

    Roll the sandwich bread slices flat with a rolling pin, then trim the edges. Spread 4 slices with the bean-cheese spread. Cover with the remaining slices and press lightly. Use the handle of a cooking spoon to press the edges together. Cut the sandwiches diagonally.
