Ingredients
- 1.5 avocados
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 2 EL honey
- 2 EL Mustard (medium sharp)
- 4 slices whole‑grain sandwich bread
- 80 g low‑fat cream cheese
- 100 g thinly sliced turkey breast
- 4 EL radish sprouts or watercress
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel, halve, pit the avocados and slice very thin. Toss the slices in a bowl with lemon juice.

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin and toast briefly until lightly golden.

Spread cream cheese on each slice, then layer two slices with turkey breast.
