Ingredients

  • 1.5 avocados
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 2 EL honey
  • 2 EL Mustard (medium sharp)
  • 4 slices whole‑grain sandwich bread
  • 80 g low‑fat cream cheese
  • 100 g thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 4 EL radish sprouts or watercress
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel, halve, pit the avocados and slice very thin. Toss the slices in a bowl with lemon juice.

    Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin and toast briefly until lightly golden.

    Spread cream cheese on each slice, then layer two slices with turkey breast.

    Whisk honey and mustard together; spread over the turkey. Top with avocado slices, then add sprouts, season, cover with remaining bread slices, press gently, cut diagonally, and serve.
