Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini (refrigerated shelf)
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 200 g whipping cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- garden cress (in a bowl)

Cook tortellini in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente, drain in a colander and let rest.

Trim and wash spring onions, cut into rings with the tender green. Peel and mince garlic. Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and roughly chop them.

Heat olive oil in a pan, briefly sauté spring onions, garlic and curry (to taste). Add mushrooms and stir for about 2 minutes. Pour in wine, bring to a boil, then add cream, season with salt and pepper, simmer for about 3 minutes. Finish with lemon juice, mix with tortellini, plate and sprinkle with cress.
