Ingredients

  • 400 g Strangozzi (band noodles)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g fresh sausage
  • 150 g fresh porcini mushrooms
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 80 g finely grated parmesan
  • 10 g freshly shaved black truffles
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Remove the sausage from its casing and crumble it. Clean the mushrooms and dice them small.

    Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic and crumbled sausage until crumbly. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil. Stir in the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce, serve on preheated plates, sprinkle truffles over and serve immediately.
