Ingredients
- 500 g wide ribbon pasta
- 1 Organic lemon
- Salt
- 1 Shallot
- 20 g butter
- 100 g Sour cream
- Pepper
- 150 g smoked salmon (slices)
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of boiling salted water over medium heat until al dente, about 11-12 minutes. Drain and set aside. Rinse the lemon hot, dry grate it, squeeze out the juice and zest.

Peel and finely chop the shallot. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté with warm butter until translucent. Deglaze with lemon juice, stir in sour cream, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt.

Slice the smoked salmon into strips, combine with the pasta, and plate. Pour the sauce over the salmon and pasta. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon zest before serving.
