Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • 100 g low‑fat quark
  • 50 g yogurt cream cheese
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp marjoram leaves
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Sea salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops, scoop out the flesh and seeds without damaging the walls.

    Whisk the quark with the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth.

    Finely chop oregano and marjoram (reserve a few leaves for garnish) and mix into the quark along with the chives. Peel and finely mince the garlic, then grate it over the mixture with a little salt using the back of a knife. Add the pine nuts, combine well, and season with salt and pepper.

    Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the quark mixture and sprinkle with remaining oregano leaves and freshly ground pepper before serving.
