Ingredients
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 600 g mixed seafood (prepped, cleaned, e.g., large shrimp, mussels, squid tubes, mini octopuses)
- 80 ml dry white wine
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Salt
- pepper (ground)

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, press the flesh out of the skin and dice into small cubes. Drizzle immediately with a little lemon juice.

Peel the onion and slice into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and quickly sauté the onion rings with the seafood. Deglaze with white wine and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat, let cool, then mix with avocado and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Plate and serve.
