Ingredients
- 8 dried tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp white peppercorns
- 500 ml white balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Place the dried tomatoes in a sterilized bottle. Crush the garlic cloves and add them along with the peppercorns to the bottle.

Pour the vinegar over the contents and seal the bottle tightly.

Leave it for about 4 weeks in a warm place, shaking occasionally. Afterward strain the vinegar through a sieve and transfer it into another clean bottle.
