Ingredients
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 onion
- iodine salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped herbs

Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry and slice them, removing the stem ends. Peel the onion and dice finely.

Place tomato slices in a salad bowl, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper, and diced onion.
