Ingredients

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • iodine salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped herbs

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry and slice them, removing the stem ends. Peel the onion and dice finely.
