Tomato Salad with Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 800 g small colorful tomatoes (green, yellow and red)
  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • 2 EL sour cream
  • Wasabi (tube)
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 100 g aged Gouda
  • Sea salt
  • Watercress
  • balsamic cream

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and quarter them.

    Wash the celery and slice it into very thin ribbons or julienne.

  3. 3.

    Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit and mash with a fork. Grate half of the cheese finely and mix it with the sour cream, then combine with the mashed avocado. Season with wasabi and sea salt, then fold in the vegetables.

    Use a ring to arrange the mixture on plates. Slice the remaining cheese into strips and scatter them over the salad along with watercress. Serve the plate decorated with balsamic cream.
