Ingredients
- 6 ripe egg tomatoes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ml white wine vinegar
- Salt
- white pepper
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, halve them, remove the stem and cut into cubes. Wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper, then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Combine the tomatoes with the spring onions.
