Carrot Salad with Sesame

The carrot salad with sesame from Spoonsparrow is quick to make and works well as a side dish or light main course.

Ingredients

  • 800 g carrots
  • 1 handful Coriander
  • 4 tbsp sesame (15 g)
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel, wash and finely grate the carrots. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Toss the grated carrots and coriander with sesame in a large bowl loosely.

    Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and pepper to make the dressing. Mix the dressing into the carrot salad.
