Ingredients

  • 150 g diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 sprigs oregano
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Whisk the tomatoes with the vinegar, honey, 2-3 tbsp water and olive oil.

    Remove some oregano leaves for garnish, finely chop the rest and stir into the vinaigrette.

    Season with salt and cayenne pepper, then sprinkle the remaining oregano leaves on top.
