Kiwi Dressing

Pleasantly spicy and slightly sweet: The Kiwi Dressing with Jalapeños from Spoonsparrow always hits the mark!

Ingredients

  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (15 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice into thin rings. Wash, trim, deseed, and finely chop the jalapeños.

    Peel the kiwis, roughly cube them, and blend with apple juice, lemon juice, oil, and honey until smooth. Add a little water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

    Fold in the sliced spring onions and chopped jalapeños. Season the kiwi dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
