Ingredients

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bunch chives (20 g)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Pour the yogurt into a bowl and whisk it with the balsamic vinegar and cold water until you reach the desired consistency.

    Rinse the chives, shake them dry, and slice into fine rings. Fold them into the yogurt sauce and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
