- 8 eggs
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g feta (diced)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp chopped basil (for garnish)

Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
