Tomato-Olive Tapas

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 150 g dried soft tomatoes
- 100 g green olives
- 100 g black olives
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 1 pinch paprika powder (sweet)
- pepper (from the mill)
- coarse Sea salt
Instructions

Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Slice the tomatoes into strips. Drain the olives. Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic over medium heat, then add the bay leaves, deglaze with lemon juice, and remove from the heat.

Mix the tomatoes and olives together and season everything with paprika and a little pepper. Cover and let marinate for about an hour, then taste and transfer to serving bowls.

Sprinkle with coarse salt as desired before serving.
