Ingredients
- 300 g green olives
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions

Wash and roughly chop the parsley. Peel and finely mince the garlic, then mix it with the olive oil. Stir in the parsley, salt, and pepper, and drizzle over the olives.

Halve the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and dice finely; fold into the mixture. Cover and marinate for 2 hours. Serve in small bowls.
