Ingredients
- 8 ripe figs
- 8 tbsp lavender honey
- 100 ml dry white wine
- lavender blossoms (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and pat the figs dry. Make crosswise slits and place them in a shallow dish. Mix about 6 tbsp honey with the white wine and pour over the figs. Cover and let stand at room temperature for about an hour.

Grill the figs on a hot grill for about 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Drizzle with the remaining honey and serve the grilled figs garnished with lavender blossoms.
