Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp black olives (pitted)
- 8 tsp capers (pickled in vinegar)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- olive oil
- 200 g Brie
- fresh basil
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove seeds and dice. Cut the Brie into pieces. Peel the garlic and finely mince it.

Toss the tomatoes with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Slice the baguette and toast the slices under a hot oven grill from both sides. Top the slices with the tomato mixture.

Add olives on top and basil leaves as desired. Place a piece of Brie on each slice and sprinkle some capers. Season with pepper or dried crushed chili in a mortar.
