Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp pickled capers
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fine lemon zest strips
- 300 g Brie

Halve the melon, remove seeds, peel, and slice into very thin rounds or shave; drizzle with lemon juice.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan without oil.

Slice the cheese. Drain the capers.

To serve, arrange melon slices, cheese, capers, and toasted pine nuts on a plate and garnish with lemon zest strips.
