- 150 g brie
- 150 g Emmental
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)

Clean and wash the lettuce, tear into bite‑sized pieces. Roughly chop the nuts. Whisk together the specified ingredients to make a dressing, drizzle over the salad. Slice Emmental thinly, cut other cheeses into cubes, distribute all over the salad, sprinkle with walnuts, season with freshly ground pepper.
