Ingredients
- 12 small wooden skewers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 3 red bratwurst sausages (or boiled sausages)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt

Preheat the grill. Soak 12 wooden skewers in water.

Wash, trim, and halve the bell pepper. Grill on the skin side until the skin turns black and blistered, then remove from the grill, let cool briefly, and peel off the skin. Cut the grilled pepper flesh into six pieces each. Slice the sausages lengthwise with a slicer to 2 mm thick strips. Mix ketchup with honey, tomato paste, curry powder, oil, and salt. Fold one pepper piece and wrap it around a sausage slice. Secure the end with a wooden skewer. Brush the curry glaze onto the skewers and briefly sear them on the grill. Serve immediately.
