Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 canned tomatoes
- 1 ball buffalo mozzarella (125 g)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 8 slices baguette
- coarse black salt
- 8 arugula leaves

Peel and halve the garlic. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends, and slice them into thicker rounds. Drain the mozzarella, halve it, and cut into eight pieces. Mix the olive oil with the herbs.

Brush one side of each baguette slice with a little oil and place on a hot grill for 1-2 minutes until crisp. Remove, rub with garlic, then place the other side on the grill, brush with oil, and top each with a tomato slice. Sprinkle with coarse salt and add mozzarella. Grill another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove, let cool briefly, and serve each topped with a washed arugula leaf.
