Ingredients
- 150 g chickpeas (canned)
- 2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Salt
- ground cumin
- 2 Tomatoes
- a handful of young spinach
- a handful of alfalfa sprouts
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 8 cucumber slices
- black pepper
Instructions

Drain the chickpeas. Blend with cream cheese, lemon juice and tahini until smooth; add a splash of cold water if needed. Season with salt and cumin.

Wash the tomatoes, trim stems, slice into rounds. Rinse spinach and shake dry. Rinse sprouts and pat dry.
