Ingredients

  • 150 g millet
  • salt, pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 4 bunches curly parsley
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 40 g Maasdamer cheese
  • 100 g turkey breast slices

Instructions

    Cook millet in water with salt according to instructions. If necessary, strain and drain. Let millet cool, occasionally loosening with a fork.

    Toast pine nuts in a dry pan. Transfer to a plate to cool. Rinse parsley, shake dry, remove stems, roughly chop. Wash tomatoes and dice, removing seeds.
