Tomato-Mini Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pack mini mozzarella balls (Galbani about 8 per pack)
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 6 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch seasoned broth
  • white pepper

Instructions

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat dry, wash the basil and pluck the leaves.

  2. 2.

    Remove the mozzarella balls and marinate in balsamic with pepper and broth. Trim the needles on the lower 2/3 of the stick, angle the stem.

    Alternately thread tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella onto rosemary skewers. Arrange the skewers on small plates, garnish with remaining basil and rosemary needles before serving.
