Crab Cream Dip

Ingredients
- 80 g red onion
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- 50 g crab
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- white pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Toast the almond flakes in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Pulse the crab and onion together in a food processor until smooth. Mix with quark, crème fraîche, milk, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the crab cream to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced spring onions and toasted almonds.
