Tomato-Cucumber Smoothie

A small protein boost for in-between moments. This smoothie is pure health: tomato and cucumber contain almost no calories.
Ingredients
- 250 g cucumber (half a cucumber)
- 250 g very small cherry tomatoes
- 2 stalks dill
- 100 ml kefir
- Salt
- Pepper
- chili powder
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Peel half the cucumber, cut it lengthwise, seed with a teaspoon and dice the flesh.

Wash the tomatoes, skewer three on a small wooden stick and set aside. Halve the remaining tomatoes.

Rinse the dill, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Add cucumber cubes, tomato halves, 2/3 of the dill and kefir to a stand mixer. Add salt, pepper, chili powder and ice cubes, then blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with the remaining dill and the tomato skewer.
