Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed fruit (e.g., apples, oranges, kiwi, green and blue grapes, papaya etc.)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 40 ml raspberry liqueur

Instructions

    Wash, clean, peel if necessary, and cut the fruit into bite‑size pieces or slices. For example, use a melon baller to scoop balls from the halved, seedless papaya.

    Combine the prepared fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour over lemon juice and raspberry liqueur, mix well, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Serve as dessert or snack.
