- 2 slices of toast bread
- 50 g radish sprouts
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 1 tomato
- 1 mozzarella
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- oregano (dried)
- garnish
- chopped chives

Wash the tomato and slice it thinly. Drain the mozzarella well and slice it thinly as well.
