  • 2 slices of toast bread
  • 50 g radish sprouts
  • 50 g bean sprouts
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • oregano (dried)
  • garnish
  • chopped chives

    Wash the tomato and slice it thinly. Drain the mozzarella well and slice it thinly as well.
