- 1 onion
- 3 stalks coriander
- olive oil
- 250 g ground lamb
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 Eggs
- 5 sheets brick pastry
- 1 egg yolk

Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse the coriander, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.

In a hot pan with oil, sauté the onion until translucent and add the ground meat. Stir to crumble, mix in spices and coriander, season to taste. Remove from heat, let cool, then fold in the eggs.
