Ingredients
- 3 different tomatoes (e.g., yellow and red Ochsherz tomato and Evergreen)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 handfuls of mixed leaf lettuce
- 3 Stalks Parsley
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends in a wedge shape, and slice into about 1 cm thick rounds. Peel the eggs and slice them.

Wash and dry the lettuce and parsley. Cut the parsley into strips. Halve the rolls, spread each half with cream cheese, and layer on top with lettuce, tomato slices, and egg slices.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, place the roll tops back on, and serve as a light snack.
