Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 1 red bell pepper
- 0.333 cucumber
- 5 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp sesame
Instructions
-
1.
Trim the crusts off the sandwich toast and lightly spread 1/2–3/4 tbsp butter on each slice. Evenly sprinkle sesame seeds, press them in gently, flip the bread, and roll it with a rolling pin to flatten and press the seeds into the surface.
-
2.
Flip the slices again and brush the other side with butter, seasoning with salt and pepper. Wash, trim, halve, deseed, peel the white skin off the bell pepper, and cut into very thin sticks. Wash the cucumber and slice into sticks as well.
-
3.
Distribute the bell pepper sticks over the buttered surface, leaving a small strip free at the edge for sealing. Add a few cucumber sticks on top of the peppers, then roll the bread toward the free side. Cut into three small rolls, pinching the ends with a wooden skewer if needed, arrange on a plate and serve.
