- 2 Tomatoes
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 0.5 packet garden cress
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 8 slices whole wheat bread with seeds, deseeded

Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and garden cress, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread slices, top half with tomato slices, place remaining bread slices on top, press lightly and cut into bite-sized pieces as desired.
