Ingredients
- 4 skewer sticks
- 400 g tofu (smoked tofu optional)
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- curry powder
- lemon juice (for drizzling)
- sesame oil (for searing)
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Cut the tofu into about 1 cm thick slices and then dice them. Thread the cubes onto the skewers.

Season the skewers and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Meanwhile, heat some oil in a large pan and brown the skewers all around for about 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley.
