Ingredients

  • 4 small baby piglet legs
  • 3 stale rolls
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 g flour
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • 2 l oil for frying
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the legs. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika together. Grate the rolls finely. Spread eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs on separate plates.

    Coat each leg first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry portions in hot oil for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain.
