Sea Bass with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 400 g sea bass fillet
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 450 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g black pitted olives (pickled in oil)
  • Salt

Instructions

    Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water and pat dry.

    Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with 6 tbsp olive oil and season with pepper. Drizzle the fish with this mixture and cover; refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.

    Wash the tomatoes and place them with olives in a baking dish. Drizzle with remaining oil. Remove the fish from the marinade, place it on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining marinade, season with salt, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan 180 °C; gas: level 3) for 25–30 minutes.
