Ingredients

  • 8 slices toast bread
  • 40 g Butter
  • 100 g salami (thin slices)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 8 cornichons
  • 150 g grated Emmental

Instructions

    Slice the tomatoes and halve the cornichons lengthwise. Top 4 slices of toast with salami, tomato, and cornichon, then sprinkle with cheese.

    Spread butter on the remaining toast slices and place them on top of the filled ones. Toast the sandwiches in a sandwich toaster until golden brown, remove, and cut diagonally.
