Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g tuna
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 6 basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the bread slices on a baking rack and bake in the oven for about 3-5 minutes. In a bowl, mix olive oil with pressed garlic and drizzle over the baked bread. Drain the tuna and break it into small pieces. Dice the pickled cucumbers and add them to the tuna. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and membranes, and dice it. Halve the chili, deseed, slice finely, and mix with the pepper under the tuna. Season with vinegar. Spread the mixture on the bread. Slice basil into fine strips and sprinkle over. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
