Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread (e.g., ciabatta)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill, basil, chives...)
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Add the garlic clove together with the butter and oil to a blender, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and blend everything until smooth. Fold in the herbs and spread the mixture onto the bread slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 5–10 minutes until golden yellow.
