Cranberry Jam

Ingredients
- 3 sour apples
- 1.5 kg gelatin sugar
- juice of one lemon
- 1 kg cranberries

Quarter the apples, core them, and peel. Cut the apples into small pieces.

Mix with lemon juice. Wash, rinse, and drain the cranberries, then puree them with the apples. Weigh everything and add an equal amount of gelatin sugar to a pot. Stir and bring to a boil, then simmer for another 4 minutes while bubbling.

Pour hot into jars. Seal immediately, place on lids, and let cool for about 15 minutes before turning upside down to finish cooling.
