Ingredients

  • 8 slices country bread
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 200 g ready-to-eat shrimp (from the fridge shelf)
  • 150 g bresaola (or Bündner meat)
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

    Peel the avocado and cut into wedges. Toast the country bread under a hot oven grill until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Layer each slice of bread with 2 slices of bresaola and avocado wedges. Top with shrimp, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
