Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 slices whole grain sandwich bread
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 12 tomato slices

Instructions

    In a pan with hot oil crack the eggs and fry them into sunny‑side‑up eggs. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Preheat the sandwich maker and lightly brush it with olive oil.

    Spread 6 sandwich pieces, top each with a fried egg, a slice of ham, and 1–2 tomato slices; place another sandwich piece on top, press gently and cook in the sandwich maker.

    Remove the finished sandwiches, cut them diagonally, trim the edges, and serve plated on a plate.
