Toast Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 slices Tramezzino
- 2 slices whole‑grain Tramezzini
- 1 can tuna (in its own juice)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.5 bunch arugula
- 1 Carrot
- 1 chicory
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slices turkey ham
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- Salt
- a pinch sugar
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Cut each Tramezzini horizontally in half.

Drain the tuna and mix with crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel, halve, pit the avocado and slice into strips. Toss with lemon juice.

Wash, trim and dry the arugula.

Peel the carrot and cut into sticks or shave thinly.

Wash, trim, remove the stem from chicory and slice into strips. Sauté with carrot sticks in hot butter for 1–2 minutes; add a splash of water if needed. Remove from heat and season with salt and sugar. Let cool.

Spread tuna on each whole‑grain Tramezzini, top with avocado and arugula, then roll up. Slice each roll in half lengthwise.

Spread cream cheese on the regular Tramezzini, layer the vegetables, place turkey ham slices on top, and roll up. Also slice each roll in half. Ready to serve.
