Ingredients
- 200 g radishes
- Salt
- 0.5 handful chives
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 150 g quark
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Wash, peel, and finely shred the radishes. Salt them and let sit for a few minutes. Rinse the chives, dry, and cut into rings. Mix the cottage cheese and quark together. Stir in the lemon juice, radishes, and chives (leaving 1 tsp). Taste and serve sprinkled with remaining chives.
