Ingredients

  • 40 g fresh thyme
  • 750 ml double grain spirit (38%)
  • 180 ml sugar syrup

Instructions

    Wash the thyme and shake dry, then let it steep in a sealed jar with the spirit for 8-10 days. Strain through a filter. Afterwards refill with sugar solution. If the liqueur is not sweet enough, add sugar solution in 10 ml increments until the desired sweetness is reached.

    Serve with a sprig of fresh thyme.
